Our signature raw chocolate that we make and to order, every bite loaded with freeze-dried blueberries, beautiful dried lavender, and cacao nibs for crunch, all ingredients organic and from small companies. We use no salt in our recipes except for garnishing with Maldon salt, making them as beautiful as they are healthy, flavorful, and delicious.
Our chocolate is made by hand from small batch, single origin heirloom cacao butter, powder, and maple syrup, direct from farmers or small companies that source these for us. These companies have a low carbon footprint and process consciously at low temperatures with high quality equipment - for example, Barred Woods Maple processes same day as harvest with stainless steel equipment to maintain flavor and integrity of the product.
