A childhood favorite recreated in a beautifully elegant way. Our original cacao butter-based vanilla frosting, sandwiched between two perfect flower-shaped cookies. Colored with organic ceremonial matcha and painted with 24K gold flower petals to bring the cookies to life. The nostalgia and excitement in these is something out of a storybook. One of my favorite creations to date, a true tribute to the coming of spring and green popping up everywhere as we await the eventual flowers.
These cookies are smaller than the heart cookie sandwiches from Valentine’s Day, about 1.5” in diameter and 1/2”-3/4” in height.
Supply on these is very limited due to the time and labor to craft these (and keep the rest of the business and life going).

Matcha Flower Cookie Sprouted and house ground buckwheat flour, Vermont maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut flour, tahini, psyllium husk, ceremonial grade matcha, vanilla extract, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, 24K edible gold, lemon juice (mixed with the gold to paint it paint-able, evaporates).
