They are frosted in my original raw white chocolate. Made from buckwheat flour I sprouted & ground from groats myself. Buckwheat is botanically a seed from a plant related to rhubarb or sorrel, and is not a part of the grass family. It contains no gluten nor is a grain at all. The sprouting and small batch milling process I do makes it work more like an all purpose flour. These are painted with 24k gold for the prettiest ghost cookies you ever saw. The eyes will be raw chocolate.
They are a little more than 4” in length.
