Each mini heart-shaped chocolate is a two-toned floral and nature-inspired work of art. Each has a unique arrangement of rode petals, freeze dried organic strawberries, cacao nibs, pine nuts (which are actually a seed), and a touch of maldon salt. The plain white chocolate is drizzled and allowed to set before pouring in the pink filling (colored with beet powder) for a dramatic kaleidoscope of color.
