A crispy, perfect cookie tart crust baked just slightly, with a thick ganache made of cacao butter, maple, cacao powder, coconut oil, amaretto, and vanilla swirled with fresh mae raspberry jam, strained to remove the seeds.

From sprouting our buckwheat groats to increase digestibility and neutralize flavor, to dehydrating and grinding into flour, we keep all ingredients in as pure of a form as possible. This tart is raw aside from the slight, gentle baking of the crust.
We use only local maple syrup from H&H Sugarbush in Chelsea, MI for sweetener.
