Bee pollen is made by collection of pollen by bees. It is a complete source of protein with all amino acids. It is an anti-allergen, anti-inflammatory, promotes metabolism, and improves immunity.
Elderflower is traditionally used for swollen sinuses, flu, bronchitis, diabetes, and constipation. It is a diuretic, diaphoretic, and used to stop bleeding in addition to being an antiviral, antibacterial, immune booster, and allergy reliever.
