The healthy version of a peppermint patty, with a convenient childlike upgrade of being on a stick!
The green color of the filling is from the majority of the flavor coming from actual TRUE MINT harvested fresh on our grounds. It’s getting colder now, so these will only be around as long as the mint still clings to survival before disappearing for winter.
Minimal amount of peppermint extract is added solely for the purpose of achieving that intensity we expect from a peppermint patty.
Beautifully double-dipped just like the classic Reishi Caramel Pops and adorned with a tiny little mint leaf. I carefully snip off the tiny ones at the top of the sprig and press them between sheets of parchment in heavy books, waiting until they fully dry and will retain their color before adding to the pop.
