Finishing salts are added to food at the end of cooking for extra color and flavor. This salt pairs well with strawberries, raspberries, apricots, saffron, rhubarb, sumac, ice cream, chocolate, mint, most desserts, and many other foods.
Only a little pinch is needed. A small jar of exquisite ingredients goes a long way. Use sparingly.
