Fairy-like elegance in these handmade, hand-painted butterfly cookies. Free of refined sugars, made with house-sprouted + fresh-ground grain-free flour, & lovingly painted with 24K gold. We use butterfly pea powder (also known as blue matcha, a very high antioxidant tea/superfood made from dried and ground butterfly pea flowers) to color our cookies a deep cooling blue. Lemon juice is added to ground 24K gold to make the gold into a paint, which evaporates & dries after painting so no unhealthy chemicals or coloring is used for a stunning finish and a yummy, crisp little perfect cookie adored by all ages and cuisine preferences.
