-Minimum $50 order for free delivery. Delivery under $50 adds a $10 delivery charge. Delivery ranges from Ann Arbor area to Detroit, downriver, up to Shelby Twp, Lake Orion, and loops all the way back through Novi and Brighton. You will be contacted for exact delivery date and estimated time.-

Porch dropoff only. We are committed to no-contact delivery and on a schedule. While we love to see you and talk, for efficiency and health purposes we will leave your order packaged and bagged on your doorstep. 

We will include storage instructions. Please store in fridge until nearing time ready to serve. Can freeze for up to 6 months.

 

About Our Dessert

Our desserts are made out of real ingredients, making them very rich and dense. Please take this into consideration when serving.

A new spin on a traditional apple pie, made with local organic Michigan Crimson Crisp apples (grown 30 minutes from us!). The apples are thinly sliced and tossed with cinnamon, cardamom, a tiny bit of maple, some lemon, and fresh ground rosehips. Gently baked to perfection nestled inside of a handmade grain-free sprouted buckwheat and coconut flour cookie crust made from scratch, and intentionally shaped by hand.

Topped with cookie crust leaves instead of a full top crust to allow the beauty of the apples to still shine through. These leaves are brushed with cinnamon and maple close to the end of baking for a sweet and shiny glazed finish. We believe we achieved the perfect texture every pie deserves! Amazing with coconut cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

 

From sprouting our buckwheat groats to increase digestibility and neutralize flavor, to dehydrating and grinding into flour, we keep all ingredients in as pure of a form as possible.

All of our products are vegan, nut-free, and use very minimal amounts of tahini, our only seed product, in pies & fillings as a fatty binder. We only sweeten with organic Vermont maple and medjool dates. Our only oil/fat is unrefined extra virgin coconut oil.

We use no inorganic ingredients, industrial plant oils, or generic brand spices. There is no salt in our recipes anymore other than in some fillings and flake salt on top.
