A chocolatey truffle filling made with cacao butter, tahini, sweet and sticky maple, Peruvian heirloom cacao powder, our original gingerbread spice mix, and our very sweet and bold dual extracted Chaga powder. This Siberian Chaga is very high in vanillin, the same substance that gives vanilla it’s flavor. The filling is encased on both sides by a thick and sturdy layer of raw chocolate. You’ll want to savor it, but I bet you can’t leave half of it for later.
