A grain free, nut free, gluten free and vegan donut made with dandelion syrup, petals, and dual extracted lions mane mushroom grown by Mycogenerative on beech logs on the Camp Compost land. Dipped in a golden colored white chocolate and decorated with dried dandelion petals.

 

Ingredients:

Cake: Chickpea flour, local maple syrup infused with dandelion petals, sEdam’s milk, tapioca flour, fresh dandelion petals, homemade and locally picked applesauce, coconut flour, apple cider vinegar, turmeric powder (for color), vanilla extract, baking soda, salt. 
Frosting: Cacao butter, tahini, local maple syrup, coconut milk powder, vanilla extract, dual extracted lions mane from Mycogenerative, turmeric powder for color, salt.
