The infamous Better-than-Twix bars in a convenient cup. A perfect grain- and nut-free cookie bottom, layered with the lusciously rich Reishi lucidum-infused raw caramel, and a cap of hand-tempered raw chocolate made with third party tested beyond organic heirloom cacao and local maple syrup.
Each one is sprinkled with a little of my handmade Rose Finishing Salt, ground from dried roses and Maldon salt. These make for a stunning dessert as beautiful as they are healthful and delicious.
I sprout and mill my own buckwheat flour in small batches, making this berry/seed more digestible and function like an all-purpose flour.
Each cup is about 2" in diameter. These are rich and dense, enjoy slowly and with intention!

Reishi mushroom is a dark chocolate-colored mushroom powder known as the greatest heart healer. It is a powerful stress adaptogen, and aids in relaxation, anxiety, and sleep. 

Ours is from our own herb and mushroom shop partnered with Cintamani Tonics, beyond organic and dual-extracted for the highest quality and potency. It is grown in pristine conditions on a substrate of over 45 medicinal plants. You can pre-order a jar of this fully water soluble tonic on my tonics page.
