The perfect little shortbread cookies to excite the forager or plant enthusiast in your heart. Our signature grain and nut-free cookie recipe, mixed with soft and aromatic fresh fir needles from our own land. Sweet, terpy, and perfectly crisp.
Due to our relationship with these trees, we will only have a limited amount of these for the season. I monitor their growth each year when deciding how much to ask them for.

100% organic, handmade. Shortbread Cookie Sprouted and house ground buckwheat flour, Vermont maple syrup, coconut oil, foraged fir needles, coconut flour, tahini, psyllium husk, vanilla extract, baking soda, apple cider vinegar
