Redbud Sandwich Cookies
A childhood favorite recreated in a beautifully elegant way. The original cacao butter-based vanilla frosting sandwiched between two cute pink rose cookies with redbud flowers pressed into the dough. The nostalgia and excitement in these is something out of a storybook. One of my favorite creations to date.
Vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, nut-free, soy and dairy free.
Ingredients
100% organic, handmade. Redbud Rose Cookie: Sprouted and house ground buckwheat flour, redbud flowers, local maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut flour, tahini, ground rose petal powder, beet powder, vanilla extract. Cacao Butter Frosting: Raw coconut butter, local maple syrup, raw heirloom cacao butter, tapioca flour, vanilla extract, pink salt.
