Pumpiring Seed Praline Filled Eggs


 Before you panic, remember there are 3 recognized types of pralines:

-American pralines are sugar, cream, butter, and pecans (from where I grew up along the gulf coast)

-French pralines (the original) made with caramelized sugar and almonds.

-Belgian pralines, which we channel for this offering. They are after a chocolate shell filled with hazelnuts and a creamier chocolatey filling. 

I used pumpkin seeds instead of hazelnuts to keep these treats nut-free. The chocolate filling is made creamier by combining my signature raw chocolate with tahini and a little extra maple to keep it sweet and creamy. The cinnamon, cardamom, and slight touch of ginger (not spicy) aid in a more caramelized flavor experience. These came out so delicious and beautiful!
