Think of the experience of having a caramel apple with ice cream, in the form of a slice of cream cake!
I make these with a “bowl,” of the vanilla cream to home in the caramel and apples on top. The filling is made from my famous and original Reishi infused luscious raw caramel with finely diced local organic Michigan gala apples folded in!
Drizzled with raw chocolate sauce!

Vanilla Dream Cake Base: Raw heirloom cacao butter, tahini, guar-free full fat coconut milk, small farm maple syrup, extra virgin unrefined coconut oil, lemon juice, vanilla extract, pink salt.
Reishi Caramel Apple Filling: Farm fresh Michigan gala apples, Reishi Caramel (maple syrup, tahini, coconut oil, medjool dates, cacao butter, cinnamon, dual-extracted Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
Cinnamon Crust: sprouted buckwheat flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, Ceylon cinnamon, extra virgin coconut oil, pink salt
Raw Chocolate Sauce: Maple syrup, raw heirloom cacao powder, extra virgin unrefined coconut oil, vanilla extract, pink salt.
