A perfect grain-free shortbread cookie topped with an unbelievably luscious Reishi mushroom-infused caramel, and a thick chocolate coating. Topped with our very own Rose Finishing Salt (purchase yours here) made from dried roses and Fleur de sel salt for a stunning dessert as beautiful as they are healthy and delicious. Each cup is about 2" in diameter, and about as big of a serving as our original Reishi Twix Bars. These are very rich and dense, enjoy slowly and with intention!
